The all-member non-accredited workshop will be delivered for all functions across four (4) days and focus on Leadership and Consequence Management. It will help develop members’ BAU leadership skills, in addition to those that are relevant to a biosecurity emergency response. The key concepts of consequence management will be explored and how they are managed as individuals, leaders, within functional areas, and collectively by the response.
